Question  62 : Assalaamu ‘alaykum Shaikhs,

When praying alone (either fardh of sunnah/nafil) should we pray loud (fajr, maghrib, isha)?

Questions like this one can be searched for routinely in books of fiqh quite easily. Given that we have only two people to answer, let us keep questions to (1) those that are not straight forward and (2) can not be easily found in books of fiqh or explanation of hadith. Also (3) questions that are peculiar to life in today’s fitnah filled Muslim minority countries are ones we need to keep the time for here.
